Sayings In The Gospel Books
Part IV
- Many Who Are First Shall Be Last.
31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first."
Mark 10:31
Christianity was transferred to Rome. Over the years and centuries, many changes – unauthorized by God – were made in the religious beliefs and practices, before, during and after the religion was spread to the world. The general public do not know that many of the practices are either pagan practices or man-made doctrines. And they defend those false beliefs and practices out of ignorance. At this End Time, the Holy Spirit is set to reclaim what had been lost and reset teachings and practices which have been turned upside down. Blessed is he who is humble enough to listen and obey the corrections by the Holy Spirit, for he shall have everlasting life. “Beware,” I say to the general public lest you be misled into the hell fire by false teachers of the law, who are also hypocrites and do not know that they are hypocrites.
- The death Of Jesus Is A Divine Plan For Salvation.
32 Jesus Predicts His Death and Resurrection
Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed. And as they followed they were afraid. Then He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them the things that would happen to Him: 33 "Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles; 34 and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again."
Mark 10:32-34
Nobody can deny himself, for the blood of God is the very nature of God. With it all things were made. Only the blood can make fit whatever that has lost the glory of God. Whoever that rejects the blood denies himself.
- Ask People What they need.
35 Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Him, saying, "Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask."
36 And He said to them, "What do you want Me to do for you?"
Mark 10:35-36
When people or individuals come to you for prayers and counseling, ask them what they want you to do for them. If you just assume what a person needs, you may end up discovering that he does not need what you give him.
- The Kingdom Is Love, Peace And Joy.
37 They said to Him, "Grant us that we may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on Your left, in Your glory."
38 But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?"
39 They said to Him, "We are able."
So Jesus said to them, "You will indeed drink the cup that I drink, and with the baptism I am baptized with you will be baptized; 40 but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared."
Mark 10:37-40
The kingdom of heaven is not what a person can manipulate to his own personal advantage only. It is a place of love and peace, where service to others is the ladder of success. Jesus explained this clearly, saying, “You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44 And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” Mark 10:42-45
- The Triumphal Entry
1 Now when they drew near Jerusalem, to Bethphage and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, He sent two of His disciples; 2 and He said to them, "Go into the village opposite you; and as soon as you have entered it you will find a colt tied, on which no one has sat. Loose it and bring it. 3 And if anyone says to you, 'Why are you doing this?' say, 'The Lord has need of it,' and immediately he will send it here."
Mark 11:1-3
Do not hesitate to give when the Lord has need of your possession. And do not wrongfully take from another in the name of the Lord. Restore whatever you take or borrow from somebody immediately after using it. Do not wait to be reminded.
- Beware Of Your Words.
12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 In response Jesus said to it, "Let no one eat fruit from you ever again."
Mark 11:12-14
Beware of the words you speak everyday. They are seeds sown for blessing or curse, for success or failure.
… So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:22-24 The same is true of what you say or think. Words and thoughts are the seeds of action. They are the seeds of realities.
- Remove Ordinary Activities From The House Of God.
15 So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. 17 Then He taught, saying to them, "Is it not written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But you have made it a 'den of thieves.'"
Mark 11:15-17
Do not turn the house of God into a place for business, and do not use things of God for business profits.
- Ask Questions.
27 Then they came again to Jerusalem. And as He was walking in the temple, the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders came to Him. 28 And they said to Him, "By what authority are You doing these things? And who gave You this authority to do these things?"
29 But Jesus answered and said to them, "I also will ask you one question; then answer Me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things: 30 The baptism of John — was it from heaven or from men? Answer Me."
Mark 11:27-30
It is good to ask in earnest. But when people ask questions to tempt or mock, then answer them as you would answer the fool or enemy. Besides, it is good to be a believer, but it is a disgrace to be an ignorant believer.
- Learn The Truth From The Scriptures Or The Power Of God.
24 Jesus answered and said to them, "Are you not therefore mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures nor the power of God? 25 For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven. 26 But concerning the dead, that they rise, have you not read in the book of Moses, in the burning bush passage, how God spoke to him, saying, 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? 27 He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living. You are therefore greatly mistaken."
Mark 12:24-27
The dead are not dead. Death is an illusion. It does not exist. Life is everlasting. Still, it is far better to live a good life than to live a bad life.
- The One Commandment Is Love.
28 Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, "Which is the first commandment of all?"
29 Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one. 30 And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment. 31 And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."
Mark 12:28-31
This is a clear teaching, and also an enough warning to those who call on Saints, Mary or Angels. The Lord is one. There is no alternative. Unfortunately, many worship the figments of imagination, the fabrications of falsehood and the deceptions of the enemy. Do not pray to the Saints, Mary or Angels. Pray to God and worship Him alone.
If you still have space and time to pray and worship the Saints, Mary or the Angels, then you have not given God all your heart. There is no Angel or Saint who wants you to pray to him. Every Angel or Saint in heaven wants you to know and worship the One True God.
- The Same God Is Trinity.
35 Then Jesus answered and said, while He taught in the temple, "How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the Son of David? 36 For David himself said by the Holy Spirit:
'The LORD said to my Lord,
"Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool."'
37 Therefore David himself calls Him 'Lord'; how is He then his Son?"
Mark 12:35-37
The same God Almighty reproduced Himself into three. Jesus is God as Almighty Love – the form in which God ministers to the entire creation. Hence, ‘God With Us’, with all creation, and not with humanity alone.
This explanation also points out that celebrating the birthday of Jesus is irrelevant. How can you celebrate the birth day of someone who is from everlasting to everlasting? Again, the Christmas is not among the original feasts of God. It was started about 1038 years after the death of Jesus. See the facts in the Roman Catholic encyclopedia.
- Beware of hypocrisy.
38 Then He said to them in His teaching, "Beware of the scribes, who desire to go around in long robes, love greetings in the marketplaces, 39 the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts, 40 who devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation."
Mark 12:38-40
Beware of the Scribes – the hypocrites. Also, beware of the ignorant religious leaders. There are many of them. Seek and know the Truth, not church or religion.
- Give By Joyful Volition.
41 Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many who were rich put in much. 42 Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. 43 So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; 44 for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood."
Mark 12:41-44
Give what your heart approves. If God has blessed you abundantly, then give in plenty to the Lord. Extend your money and riches to those around you.
Give without complaining, without murmuring, without being persuaded and without being forced.
- Time To Seek Truth, Not Religion.
1 Then as He went out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, "Teacher, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!"
2 And Jesus answered and said to him, "Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone shall be left upon another, that shall not be thrown down."
Mark 13:1-2
In those days, Jesus spoke only of one temple. Today, He warns the religions and churches. For most of them have strayed from the path of Truth, even without knowing it. If they fail to repent and correct themselves, the churches and religions shall become irrelevant in the future. They shall become replaced with Spiritual Science and Practice, which is already manifest in spirit, and awaiting wide acceptance in reality.
- The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age
3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately, 4 "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled?"
5 And Jesus, answering them, began to say: "Take heed that no one deceives you. 6 For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He,' and will deceive many. 7 But when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet. 8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.
9 "But watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony to them. 10 And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations. 11 But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit. 12 Now brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. 13 And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
Mark 13:3-13
So it is.
- The Great Tribulation
14 "So when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not" (let the reader understand), "then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 15 Let him who is on the housetop not go down into the house, nor enter to take anything out of his house. 16 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 17 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 18 And pray that your flight may not be in winter. 19 For in those days there will be tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, nor ever shall be. 20 And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days.
21 "Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'Look, He is there!' do not believe it. 22 For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 23 But take heed; see, I have told you all things beforehand.
Mark 13:14-23
So it is.
- The Coming Of The Son Of Man
24 "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; 25 the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven.
Mark 13:24-27
This can be an instant or a long-lasting event.
- The Parable of the Fig Tree
28 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 29 So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near — at the doors! 30 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
Mark 13:28-31
So it is.
- No One Knows the Day or Hour.
32 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 33 Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. 34 It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. 35 Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming — in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning — 36 lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!"
Mark 13:32-37
The best way to keep watch is to learn and practise Spiritual Science.
- Attend To The Needs Of Ministers Of God.
3 And being in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, as He sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly oil of spikenard. Then she broke the flask and poured it on His head. 4 But there were some who were indignant among themselves, and said, "Why was this fragrant oil wasted? 5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred denarii and given to the poor." And they criticized her sharply.
6 But Jesus said, "Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for Me. 7 For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always. 8 She has done what she could. She has come beforehand to anoint My body for burial. 9 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her."
Mark 14:3-10
Attend to the needs of ministers of God, and you shall find great favour with the Almighty, and thereby lay up treasures for yourself in the coming kingdom. Provide their needs, help train their children, pay their debts, etc. This is good and pleasing to the Almighty, and is even better than a thousand days of fasting and penance.
- Jesus Celebrates The Passover With His Disciples.
12 Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover lamb, His disciples said to Him, "Where do You want us to go and prepare, that You may eat the Passover?"
13 And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them, "Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him. 14 Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house, 'The Teacher says, "Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?"' 15 Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us." Mark 14:12-15
Be happy and willing and quick to welcome the ministers of God into your house, for they spread the blessings of God. Yet, no one, whether minister or not, should misuse this opportunity and by so doing bring shame to the name of God. Jesus kept the laws and prophecy of God, which include the commandments, statutes and precepts.
- Do Not Betray The Ministers Of God.
17 In the evening He came with the twelve. 18 Now as they sat and ate, Jesus said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you who eats with Me will betray Me."
Mark 14:17-18
Judas betrayed Jesus and paid dearly for it. So, why should betray the ministers of God or wrestle against them? - “21 The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born.” Mark 14:21
- Holy Communion
22 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
23 Then He took the cup, and when He had given thanks He gave it to them, and they all drank from it. 24 And He said to them, "This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many. 25 Assuredly, I say to you, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God."
26 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Mark 14:22-26
Receive the body and blood with thanksgiving and praise. By it God has given everlasting life, power and victory to any who would accept it. There is nothing more nourishing and benficial than the Holy Spirit.
- Many Deny God In Various Ways, Without Knowing It.
Peter said to Him, "Even if all are made to stumble, yet I will not be."
30 Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you that today, even this night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times."
Mark 14:29-30
Everyday, many continue to deny God in various ways, without knowing it. It is better to have the world know the facts about you and they laugh at you and you inherit the kingdom, than to play a hypocrite and lose the kingdom.
- Pray In The Time Of Difficulties.
32 Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, "Sit here while I pray." 33 And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed. 34 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch."
Mark 14:32-34
Pray in the time of difficulties, even when all hope is lost.
- Remain Steadfast In Prayer.
35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him. 36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
Mark 14:35-36
Submit to the will of God. In all tings, pray that God’s will be done.
- Be Prepared To Walk Alone, Whenever Necessary.
37 Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour? 38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."
39 Again He went away and prayed, and spoke the same words. 40 And when He returned, He found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy; and they did not know what to answer Him.
41 Then He came the third time and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? It is enough! The hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. 42 Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand."
Mark 14:37-42
Whenever necessary, walk alone.
- To Rise Against The Minister Of God Is Like Walking Into The Hell Fire.
48 Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to take Me? 49 I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and you did not seize Me. But the Scriptures must be fulfilled."
Mark 14:48-49
"Do not touch my anointed, and do my prophet no harm."
- Ministers Of God Know Who They Are And Their Missions.
Again the high priest asked Him, saying to Him, "Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?"
62 Jesus said, "I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."
Mark 14:61-62
Every minister of God, who is spiritually awake, knows his mission and can state it, clearly.
- Jesus, The King Of Israel.
2 Then Pilate asked Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?"
He answered and said to him, "It is as you say."
Mark 15:2
Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
- Forsaken Because Of Others.
33 Now when the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?" which is translated, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" Mark 15:33-34
In times of hopelessness, call on God for victory and for solution.
- The Great Commission
14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
Mark 16:14-18
This is true. You preach the gospel by speech, and especially by your conduct.
- The Word Of God Is God.
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
6 John's Witness: The True Light.
John 1:1-6 (Genesis 1:1-2:3)
God is spirit. The same spirit is the word of God, because God is light and what comes from light is also light. The same light is the word of God. For spirit speaks by itself, and not with mouth. Spirit is vibration, light is vibration and word is also vibration. Therefore, the word of God is God. This fact I have seen and experienced several times.
The seed in everyone is the spirit of God. This seed is Christ. Hence, St Paul says, “Christ in you, the hope of glory – the perfection of God and from God, God’s gift of Himself to everyone.”
4 In Him was life (spirit is life), and the life was the light (spirits) of men. 5 And the light (spirit) shines in the darkness (the body, flesh), and the darkness (flesh) does not (and cannot) comprehend it. The two (body and spirit) only co-exist, but cannot mix.
- You Are Spirit And Light.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light (John was light, but not the Light of lights), but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light which gives light (life) to every man coming into the world.
John 1:7-9
Everybody is light, because he is also a spirit. However, only those who are spiritually alive shine with the radiance of the sun.
- Many Are Spiritually Lazy.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God (to them He restored the glory of God, he gave them the very nature of God, which shall become manifest on the day of perfection), to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:10-13
The body or flesh comes from the earthly father and mother, but the spirit of a man comes from God. The earthly body shall pass away, but the spirit lives for ever. That is why only God is our true Father, and none else is, not even our earthly parents.
- The Word Did Not Become Flesh.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
The word does not become flesh. It only indwells the body by putting it on, the way a man puts on a dress.
- The Law And Grace Came With Jesus.
15 John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.'"
16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
The law came with grace through Jesus. Jesus did not come to abolish the law. Instead, He came to consolidate the law and crown it with mercy, so that none shall perish.
- Several People Have Seen God.
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. John 1:10-13
Several people have seen the God Almighty in the ancient times, in the Old Testament, in the New Testament, in the current time and shall still see Him in the future. It is the Father’s will and delight that His children come to Him, see Him and dwell with Him, forever. God does not play hide and seek game. Nevertheless, only those who attain God do see Him face to face.
- It Is Possible To Visit The Heavens.
48 Nathaniel said to Him, "How do You know me?"
Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you."
49 Nathaniel answered and said to Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!"
50 Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these." 51 And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man." John 1:48-51
It is possible to visit the heavens, and it is possible to see God face to face. People have not experienced the Truth because the churches are busy teaching man-made doctrines, and the public do not know this. They are busy competing for members when there is no church in heaven. At the command of God, the Angels delight to visit the saints in the world. Even Jesus has been paying frequent visits to the world. It happened to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Manoah, Gideon, David, Solomon, Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah and John.
Only the saints know the Truth, because they have laboured or strived to know. When the student is ready, the master appears. When a sinner is ready to repent, the Holy Spirit takes over his life to lead him home. But there are many ignorant teachers of the law who mislead people to hell fire. Therefore, be open-minded to welcome teachings, and yet, be careful to examine whatever you hear.
- The New Birth.
1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born ag.ain, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:1-3
Many who claim to be born again, are not truly born again.
- The Spirit Leads The Way
4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"
5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' John 3:4,5
At times, when you ask a spiritually developed master soul a question, he first leaves the question to say some other things important. He answers the question last. This is the leading of the Holy Spirit, for it is the Holy Spirit that knows the way to the Father. The Holy Spirit knows when to begin a new teaching and when to give more explanations.
- People Are Seeking The Truth
8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."
9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him,” How can these things be?"
10 Jesus answered and said to him, "Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?" John 3:8-10
People move from one church to another, because they are searching for the Truth. When they find the Truth, they will become like the air, which does not belong to any church, and yet it attends every true church.
The statement, "Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?" points out the fact that every teacher of the gospel should be spiritually enlightened and experienced. In these qualities, many religious leaders are lacking. And this has caused the world so much trouble, confusion and violence. It is not enough to become an ordinary teacher of the gospel. Spiritual knowledge and experience are both good and compulsory.
- I Speak The Truth.
11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? John 3:11
I have told you the Truth, which I have known and experienced several times. It is dangerous to refuse the testimony of the one who knows the Truth. He who accepts the Truth in the least form, accepts all the Truth. But he who refuses the Truth in the least form, has rejected the Truth in its entirety. Therefore, always be open-minded, and yet, careful. Whoever is earnest must rise above religions, or by-pass them, to seek and know the Truth. Until he does that, he is still a novice, who does things by guess work, trial and error. It is good to be a believer. But, it is a disgrace to be an ignorant believer.
- People Can Go To Heaven.
13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. John 3:13
The son of man is any person who is an offspring of the man. We came each as light from Light, and to this Light we shall return. Therefore, it is possible for those who are already spiritually advanced to visit the heaven and see God before the end time. Enoch did so before the coming of the Messiah. At the right time, the Messiah came and did the same. Now, after the coming of the Messiah and before His second coming in glory, I do the same and teach the same.
- Accept The Free Gift Of Salvation.
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:14-18
This is true.
- Why People Prefer Black Dress
19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 3:19
That is why people prefer black dress to other colours. They wear it often and pride themselves in it, not knowing that they are already stepping into the gate of hell. Worse of all, they refuse to be corrected. What many call faith is nothing but stubbornness. - The persistent refusal to do what God has said. Stubbornness is the way of demons.
- The Saint Keep Away From Black Dress.
20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God."
John 3:20,21
Everyone who is spiritually advanced keeps away from black dress, for black means deceit, death, hypocrisy and doom, all which are bad.
- Ask For The Living Water.
10 Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."
John 4:10
God came as Jesus Christ to give the world the water of life. Now, He has sent me to give anew the water of life to all, for many teachings and commandments have been turned upside down. They must be reset, and those who cling to man-made doctrines make themselves chaff, which fire consumes.
- Shall Never Thirst Again.
13 Jesus answered and said to her, "Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, 14 but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life."
John 4:13-14
I have tasted this water of life. And I tell you the Truth, it is not just ordinary water. It is life. It is milk and honey. The delight and pleasure are everlasting. It is the joy of the Supreme Being. It is the omnipresence of God. It is the Holy Spirit. Hence, the joy of the Lord is our strength. I did not take a sip. I drank several oceans and I have become the ocean of oceans, giving the water of life to whoever that is ready and willing to drink. Jesus knew and preached the Truth, and there is nothing better or greater than the Truth.
- Avoid Pretense.
16 Jesus said to her, "Go, call your husband, and come here."
17 The woman answered and said, "I have no husband."
Jesus said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,' 18 for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly."
John 4:16-18
Avoid pretense. Avoid hypocrisy. Feel at home in the presence of God.
- God Is Omnipresent.
19 The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship."
21 Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
John 4:19-24
God is everywhere present, just as the sun is everywhere present as sunlight. It is not a must you have to go to a church, mountain or holy place, before you can worship God or communicate with Him. Nobody is ever alone. We are always in the presence of God, just as we are always in the presence of the sun during the day.
